President and Vicepresident and Immediate Vice-President

 

 The President of the Federation shall have, among others, the following duties and responsibilities:

•   Chair all meetings of the Executive Committee and the General Assembly;
•   Direct the execution of all policies adopted by the General Assembly and the Executive Committee;
•   Represent the Federation at functions;
•   Perform such other duties and functions as may be assigned by the General Assembly and the Executive Committee.

The Vice President shall assist the President and in the event of the latter’s absence or inability, shall undertake the functions of the President.

The Immediate Past President shall serve as a member of the Executive Committee until his/her successor takes office.
